From a tiny home kitchen to Mumbai's most loved bakery
Sweet Haven began in 2018 when Kavya Nair returned from Paris after training at Le Cordon Bleu. Armed with French technique and a deep love for Indian flavours, she set up a tiny kitchen in Bandra and started taking orders via WhatsApp.
Word spread fast. Her Gulab Jamun croissant — a fusion pastry that combined French lamination with rosewater-cardamom flavours — went viral on Instagram. Within six months, she had a waitlist of 200 customers.
Today, Sweet Haven is a 12-person team baking over 50 items daily, serving thousands of Mumbaikars who believe life is better with great bread and even better cake.
Four dedicated artisans who wake up before dawn so you can have the freshest baked goods in Mumbai.
