Order & Delivery FAQs

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 30–45 minutes within 5 km of our Bandra store. For areas further away, expect 45–75 minutes. Custom cakes require 24-hour advance notice.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 15 minutes of placing. After that, we may have already started preparing your items. Please call us immediately at +91 22 3567 8900.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and WhatsApp it to us within 2 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Do you deliver outside Mumbai?

Currently we deliver within Mumbai only. For outstation orders, we ship dry items like cookies, nankhatai, and mithai via courier — please contact us for details.

How can I order on Swiggy or Zomato?
